The Pay Per Click plugin work a little different, it is possible to allow members to click them and give some money back (based on the Ad Credit value vs your monetary currency USD/EUR/etc), the Pay Per Click plugin can be also limited on how many Ads are available per hour per membership to click, for example a Silver member can make 20 clicks per hour and a Gold member can make 30 clicks per hour.
